Cold weather, reflecting back on the past year, looking forward to the holidays right around the corner, Presidential Elections are over (much to all of our delight to not have those spam calls everyday!), these are some of my thoughts as well as trying to forget that I turn 50 at the end of the month!

Local Current Seven Day Market Stats:

The November Real Estate market is still going strong in the Fredericksburg area and these stats below prove that. We are still moving into a stable market as you can see from the high number (56) of homes that have had a price decrease in just the past seven days. Even better news is that there are 73 new active listings in just the past seven days too! Then there are 93 happy new homeowners as well as 94 properties that have gone under contract all within the past seven days.

Virginia Migration Flows:

In 2023, 276,161 people moved into Virginia from different states across the country. While, at the same time, 253,240 people moved out of Virginia to other parts of the United States. If you or someone you know is wants to be a part of the 2024 (yes, there is still time to move into a new home in 2024) or 2025 Virginia Migration send them my way!!
